- Technical & Usage Data: When browsing our site, basic analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and page interaction may be collected to improve our web experience.
2. Confidentiality & NDAs
At Satvat Studio, we understand that unannounced games, cinematics, and creative IPs are strictly confidential.
- All project briefs, 3D meshes, textures, and proprietary concepts submitted to us remain entirely confidential.
- We adhere strictly to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). If required, our team will sign client-provided or standard industry NDAs prior to receiving sensitive production files.
- Your unreleased assets will never be published on our public portfolio, social channels, or marketing materials without prior written authorization.
3. Use of Information
Your data and files are utilized exclusively for the execution and delivery of your 3D outsourcing projects:
- Producing high-quality 3D characters, environments, hard-surface assets, and cinematics.
- Sending quotation breakdowns, milestone deliverables, draft previews, and invoices.
- Responding to support inquiries and processing revision cycles.
- Sending occasional studio updates or industry insights (which you can opt out of at any time).
4. Data Protection
We implement enterprise-grade digital security protocols to protect your files against unauthorized access or disclosure:
- All 3D assets and final deliverables are stored on encrypted cloud servers with restricted access limited strictly to the assigned production artists.
- Project archives are retained securely for up to 24 months post-completion to facilitate future game updates or LOD adjustments upon request, after which raw working files may be purged.
